About the Role: I am working a prestigious global consulting group who are looking to attain a Global Mobility Manager. This role supports a high level of service while also implementing onboarding processes for new clients. You will work closely with multinational clients to design, implement, and transform their global mobility programs. You will play a crucial role in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in mobility strategies. This is a client-facing position that requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex global mobility challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on global mobility policies, tax compliance, immigration, and relocation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service.
  • Supporting the implementation and on-boarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, tax, reward, legal, and immigration teams, to deliver seamless mobility solutions.
  • Conduct mobility risk assessments and provide proactive solutions to mitigate potential legal, tax, and regulatory issues.
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of client services (Mobility Transformation and Mobility Talent operate).
  • Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in global mobility consulting, international HR, tax, reward or a related field, preferably within a Big Four environment or a multinational organisation.
  • Strong understanding of expatriate taxation, immigration laws, social security, and global mobility best practices.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and HR leaders.
  • Commercially astute with a focus on delivering cost-effective and value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex mobility challenges.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR mobility platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
