?? Responsibilities:
- Build and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients ??
- Manage interviews, tests, and provide feedback to candidates and clients ??
- Advertise vacancies on industry job boards and match candidates to job roles ??
- Utilise candidate databases to identify potential candidates and present them with exciting opportunities ??
- Prepare impressive CVs and dashboards for live roles, showcasing your strong market understanding ??
?? Requirements:
- Must be educated to degree level or equivalent* ??
- Recruitment or sales experience is ideal
- Asset management or finance experience/knowledge/interest is preferred but not essential ??
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills ??
- Strong time management and organisational abilities ??
