We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a leading fashion business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a passion for shaping and implementing people strategies that drive business success.

As an HRBP, you will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, partnering closely with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organisational growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in a similar role working within FMCG or with experience within the fashion or retail sector.

Main Responsibilities will include :

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce
  • Champion employee engagement and cultural initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies, mitigating potential risks
  • Utilise HR analytics and metrics to provide insights that inform decision-making
  • Lead change management and organisational development projects
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
  • Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capabilities
  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within the UK
  • Background in the fashion, retail, or FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive meaningful change in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with HRIS and leveraging data-driven insights
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable
