- Act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior managers - guide on best practice and in alignment with internal policies and procedures.
- Day to day line management of 2x members of the HR team.
- Managing complex Employee Relations matters and guiding managers on supporting early career performance-relate issues.
- Oversee HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
- Support with processing payroll for the organisation.
- Lead on specific People projects on the likes of HR operations, Wellbeing, or Early Careers, partnering closely with the HR and L&D Business Partners.
- 5yrs + HR experience and excellent UK Employment knowledge
- Demonstrable experience in a business partnering role
- Must have proven experience in a partnership led organisation
- CIPD Level 7 is highly desirable
- Line Management / Mentoring experience is a plus
