We are actively looking for a full time HRBP with a strong ER focus to join our client on a full-time basis in Sydenham, Southeast London.

*You will be required to be on site 3 days minimum per week*

About the Role

You will - Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and redundancies. Provide expert HR advice and support to managers across the organisation. Contribute to and drive forward their Health & Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives. Play a key role in organisational change projects, ensuring smooth transitions during restructures and other strategic initiatives. Collaborate with managers to develop people focused strategies that drive engagement, performance, and recognition.
