My client are a leading fast-growing food company who are looking for an interim Employee Relations Advisor to join their team immediately for a 3 month temporary booking. You must have strong employee relations experience in a specialist ER role. European experience is also ideal but not a must.

They require a confident ER Advisor who can naturally build strong professional relationships across countries and provide top-tier HR support across the business.

Duties will include:

  • Act as the main point of contact in relation to ER matters and the company expert on all employment law matters
  • Partner with internal and external legal counsel to prepare for and, when necessary, attend mediations and other court proceedings
  • Advise and support the group with ER advice such as long term sickness and disciplinaries, including investigations, meetings and documentation as required
  • Create and update policies relating to ER, wellbeing and diversity, including assisting leaders in understanding and implementing the related company policies
  • Measure key metrics and complete monthly reports
  • Act as a true business partner work with leaders to help develop local people and culture plans aligned with the global strategy

The role will also include some adhoc projects, working closely with the wider People team. You must be able to commit to the full contract and be based 2 days a week in their London office.
