We are working with a London based organisation to bring on 2 x Interim Employee Relations Specialists for the next few months to support with a backlog of sometimes complex cases.

This is a fascinating place to work and these roles will really provide much needed support to the HR team and managers across the company.

To be considered you need to come with extensive experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases within a complex organisation - ideally the public sector.

This role is paying £250 per day with 2 or 3 days on site in London and the rest from home.
