We are seeking 2 x Interim Employee Relations Specialists for a London-based organization to assist with a backlog of complex cases.
These positions will provide essential support to the HR team and managers throughout the company.
Candidates must have extensive experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases, preferably in the public sector.
The role offers a daily rate of £250, requiring 2 to 3 days on-site in London with the remainder of the work from home.
An immediate start is required for these roles.

We are working with a London based organisation to bring on 2 x Interim Employee Relations Specialists for the next few months to support with a backlog of sometimes complex cases.

This is a fascinating place to work and these roles will really provide much needed support to the HR team and managers across the company.

To be considered you need to come with extensive experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases within a complex organisation - ideally the public sector.

This role is paying £250 per day with 2 or 3 days on site in London and the rest from home.
