What You’ll Do

As a Talent Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our learning systems and development programs. Your responsibilities will include

  • Learning Technology: Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), running reports, tracking learning, and liaising with system providers to troubleshoot and maximize system capabilities
  • Logistics: Coordinating training workshops, managing training calendars, booking venues, and supporting project updates
  • General Support: Managing the Talent Development inbox, organizing communications, and ensuring resources are prepared for training sessions
  • EDI Focus: Championing equity, diversity, and inclusion across all talent development workstreams

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive individual with

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in Learning and Development
  • Strong proficiency in HR and learning systems, as well as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
