With a headcount of 50 professionals, the company operates out of two locations: London and Barcelona. The team is multilingual, and the company prides itself on a hands-off management style that encourages collaboration and autonomy. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking senior consultants to join the team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of agency recruitment experience
- Proven ability to sign and win new business
- Experience within the tech recruitment sector
- European language skills are a bonus
