Our client offers experienced consultants the opportunity to build their own education recruitment business with financial security, expert backing, and full operational support.
What Our Client Offers:? Ownership & Control - You will own up to 49% of your recruitment business, operating as a director under our client's brand.? Financial Security - Receive a £30k basic salary (negotiable) plus:
- 12.5% commission on monthly net margin (P&L ownership).
- Shareholder dividend payments (equivalent to 50% of profit).
- Private medical insurance, gym membership, mileage & client entertainment budget.? Full Back-Office Support - Our client handles payroll, invoicing, contracts, legal compliance, accounts, and admin so you can focus on growing your business.? Training & Growth Plan - A structured 3-year business growth plan, mentorship, and marketing support to scale your business efficiently.
