We are working with a forward-thinking organisation, to strengthen its HR function with an experienced Performance Management Implementation Lead. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing a performance management framework that will drive organisational success and employee development. That’s where you come in...

?? As a Performance Management Implementation Lead, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive performance management framework.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively utilised.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure the framework aligns with business goals and employee development needs.
  • Provide expertise in the selection, configuration, and deployment of performance management systems.
  • Facilitate training and support for managers and staff to ensure understanding and adoption of the new system.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management practices, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate performance management with other HR processes, such as talent management and succession planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in performance management.

?? What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in performance management implementation or management consulting, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems and processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure performance management system effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field.

?? Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • CIPHR (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Human Resources) qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and performance management frameworks.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making and system improvements.

  • Experience with HRIS systems or other performance management technology platforms.
  • Background in coaching or organisational development.
