?? As a Performance Management Implementation Lead, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive performance management framework.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively utilised.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure the framework aligns with business goals and employee development needs.
- Provide expertise in the selection, configuration, and deployment of performance management systems.
- Facilitate training and support for managers and staff to ensure understanding and adoption of the new system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management practices, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate performance management with other HR processes, such as talent management and succession planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in performance management.
?? What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in performance management implementation or management consulting, ideally in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- Excellent project management and change management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure performance management system effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Degree level education or equivalent experience in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
?? Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- CIPHR (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Human Resources) qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing performance management systems.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and performance management frameworks.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making and system improvements.
?? Desirable:
- Experience with HRIS systems or other performance management technology platforms.
- Background in coaching or organisational development.
