About the Role
Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Private Markets team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from client development to candidate placement—delivering top-tier talent solutions for our prestigious clients. As a Recruitment Consultant with Meraki Talent, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact, high value placements while building long-term client and candidate relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for roles across Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, and Infrastructure markets.
- Client Development: Identify and engage with new clients in the Private Markets sector, building and maintaining strong relationships through consultative solutions and industry insights.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a range of sourcing methods to attract, screen, and shortlist high-calibre candidates for both permanent and interim positions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on market trends, sector movements, and emerging talent pools across the US and Europe to enhance client advisory services and maintain a competitive edge.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and nurture a broad network of industry contacts, strengthening our reach within Private Markets and reinforcing Meraki Talent’s brand.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally with a focus Private Equity or Financial Services, but open to industry switchers.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, or Infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
- Sales & Business Development Skills: Strong capability in client acquisition, relationship management, and consultative selling.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence both clients and candidates.
- Resilience & Drive: A proactive, target-driven approach to meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
