About Us: At Healthcare Abroad, we specialize in recruiting UK, Irish, and South African Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs), and Physiotherapists to work in Australia, New Zealand, and Dubai. With a vision for expansion into additional countries and professional fields, we’re looking to bring on our first Recruiter/Sales Specialist to focus primarily on Australian placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Placement: Manage and place candidates with our existing network of partnered businesses in Australia & potentially NZ, including candidate phone screens, organizing interviews, and reference checks.

  • Business Development: Outreach to businesses in Australia to expand our network and secure more partnerships, including contract negotiation skills.

  • Candidate Support: Follow up with candidates once they have arrived and settled into their roles, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM system updated with candidate information and placement status, as well as business details.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales (experience in healthcare is a bonus, but not essential).

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for candidate searching is a plus (although we will provide you with a lot of candidates ready to interview).

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for business development and relationship building.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and business relationships.

  • Autonomous/able to work independently, and happy to work within a small team.

  • Based in Australia, New Zealand, or Bali/Asia (due to time zone requirements).
