Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Analysis

  • Analyse salary and market data to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking.
  • Support annual pay review processes, including budgeting and recommendations.

Benefits Management

  • Assess and monitor employee benefits programmes for competitiveness.
  • Research and propose benefit enhancements.
  • Manage benefit plan administration, including enrolment and vendor relations.

Incentives & Reward Strategies

  • Assist in designing and implementing incentive and recognition schemes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and suggest improvements.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain compensation databases and HR systems.
  • Generate reports on trends, pay equity, and cost analysis.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure reward programmes comply with legal and internal policies.
  • Support audits and documentation processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to align rewards with organisational goals.
  • Act as a key contact for employee compensation and benefits queries.
