- Assess and monitor employee benefits programmes for competitiveness.
- Research and propose benefit enhancements.
- Manage benefit plan administration, including enrolment and vendor relations.
Incentives & Reward Strategies
- Assist in designing and implementing incentive and recognition schemes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and suggest improvements.
Data Management & Reporting

Policy & Compliance
