Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with secondary schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and interview teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring a pool of high-quality candidates ready to fill vacancies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to final placement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and schools, providing guidance on career progression, industry trends, and market insights.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets, driving the growth of the secondary education division.
  • Stay informed on education policies, curriculum changes, and sector-specific challenges to ensure a thorough understanding of your clients’ needs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector, with a focus on secondary schools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both candidates and clients.
