- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to final placement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and schools, providing guidance on career progression, industry trends, and market insights.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets, driving the growth of the secondary education division.
- Stay informed on education policies, curriculum changes, and sector-specific challenges to ensure a thorough understanding of your clients’ needs.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the education sector, with a focus on secondary schools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with both candidates and clients.
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple roles and manage time effectively.
- A results-driven attitude, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
