What You'll Do:As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce. Your mission will be to attract, engage, and hire top-notch GTM talent who are not only skilled but also share their values and vision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure we have the right talent at the right time
  • Conducting engaging interviews and assessments that reflect their company culture
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application to on-boarding
  • Using data-driven insights to enhance their recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement

What experience you will have:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition for "go to market" (GTM) roles within the SAAS/Tech industry (essential)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practises and candidate engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, upbeat attitude with a knack for building relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
