Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to make an impact within a fast-paced, innovative industry? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing cyber security firm in East London.

This is an initial 3-month contract starting ASAP that has potential to extend. Paying up to £53,000 per annum and working out of their offices in East London - the closest tube station is Old Street.

Working for a leading cyber security company dedicated to protecting businesses from digital threats. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they strive to build the safest online environments for their global clients. Now, they are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their hiring efforts across various roles within EMEA and APJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish. This will be across EMEA and APJ and will involve multiple time zones so experience with global interview scheduling is essential - this is over 80% of the role so the ideal candidate will thrive in an administration and coordination focused role
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and candidate expectations.
  • Database Management: Using Greenhouse, maintain and update recruitment records and candidate information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively identify and source top talent for a range of positions within the cyber security industry, from technical roles to non-technical support.

Skills and experience required:

  • It is essential you have previously used the Greenhouse ATS
  • Ideally you will have used G-Suite
  • Previous experience as a recruitment / talent acquisition coordinator is required
  • Experience working across various time zones and managing busy diaries to arrange interviews is essential
  • Previous experience sourcing candidates for various technical and non-technical roles would be advantageous
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills and passion for a positive candidate journey
