FAST GROWING JEWELLERY RETAILER SEEKS TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR FOR MULTI-FACETED RECRUITMENT ROLE.Our Client is a real modern success story.In the last few years they have more than tripled their business and that period of sustained growth is due to continue over the next few years.With three brands across the UK and Europe, they have carved out a unique place within the market.The Role:? Headhunting candidates to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates coming into the business at all times.? Advertising and marketing all live vacancies using social media and other channels ? Act as "Brand Ambassador" for the business ? Pre-screen candidates and telephone interviews to ensure appropriate fit.? Work with internal Managers and Leadership Team to ascertain skill sets and key hires for the business? Support candidates throughout their interview process and ensure prompt and accurate feedback is given? Issue offer letters combined with HR? Gather all compliance information, such as right to work, passport, utility bills etc ? Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.? Managing the onboarding process Your experience:? 2+ Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role preferably within retail or hospitality? Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing? Familiarity with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems? Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centers?
