This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Talent Acquisition Executive at a prestigious Global Sports Company in Central London. With a global headcount of 350 employees, you will have the chance to join a dynamic company that hosts some of the most competitive and thrilling international sports events.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will offer operational recruitment support to various departments within the Head Office. Your responsibilities will span the entire recruitment process, including drafting job adverts, developing attraction strategies, coordinating interviews and assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Additionally, you will actively contribute to building the talent pool and candidate network, and participate in exciting projects like placement and apprenticeship programs. There are 3 in the Talent team and you will report to the Talent Manager.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join this company as they are in the planning stages of opening further international offices.

For this role, you will be a driven Talent Executive with 2-3 years’ experience in a Talent team or Agency. You will have come from a high-volume recruitment work environment and ideally have experience with an ATS system as well as LinkedIn Recruitment.

You will possess strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities, with a high standard of written and spoken English. You will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail in all aspects of your work. A strong interest in teamwork, combined with a charismatic and engaging demeanour, is essential. You will have an energetic, hands-on, and pragmatic approach, demonstrating a passion for working with people and a commitment to inclusivity, often going above and beyond your job description.
