FTC Maternity Cover - 12months - £40-42k, 5 days in office/South Kensington

Start Date: First week of December 2024

Friendly, relaxed environment, will need someone down to earth and with a warm, personable attitude who can work confidently with people of all ages and levels (students, parents, supervisors, university officials, and colleagues)

Some understanding of the US school systems would be advantageous but not essential

Role: Placement Team Lead

Responsibilities: 60% Management of the placement team (5/6 members) / 30% University relations / 10% Health and Safety, compliance duties

Requirements:

  • Experience with team leadership and management
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of UK business and industry trends
  • Self-starter, ability to use initiative and take ownership of projects
  • Degree level education and professional experience in higher education, student services, recruitment, or relationship management is expected
