Within the position of Team Member, you will be working as part of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users want to be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve onsite service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the Livv Strategy.

  • Own the touchpoint journey and user centric concepts
  • Establish good working relationships with the customers in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner to deliver on our value proposition
  • Engage with all key stakeholders so as to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests
  • Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
  • As a brand ambassador for Livv you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
  • To focus on curated experience and drive the agenda for our end users and customer
  • To show responsibility for personal health and safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Support Services and Legal requirement.
  • To work as part of the workplace team within Front of House providing seamless and effective service delivery
  • To process all meeting room requests efficiently in line with the client meeting room management system.
  • To effectively and efficiently deal with emails requests in the main reception inbox and the enquiries inbox
  • To assist in the training of where necessary other Client Services and Network Team Members
  • To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines. •To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your Team Leader
  • To maintain the necessary confidentiality and discretion as site requirement
  • To maintain a professional appearance at all times

Experience & Traits

  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Health & Safety understanding
  • Ability to adapt to a different clientele however, remain professional
