Your new role
You will work closely with the Research Computing Manager and Head of Research Computing in order to deliver an excellent IT support service for the CEMC/Barts CR-UK Centre.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent level of technical knowledge and experience delivering and maintaining research or enterprise infrastructure platforms and architectures: NetApp, VMware, Citrix, NetBackup, Veeam, monitoring systems, data centre & computer room environments.
- Significant relevant experience maintaining Wintel Servers, Operating Systems and storage in a professional environment
- Excellent level of technical knowledge and experience delivering and maintaining Microsoft's environment
- Group Policy and Centre for Internet Security (CIS)
