Position: Assistant Technical Coordinator

We are working with a leading residential developer known for delivering high-quality, homes. They are looking for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join their team on a large RC frame residential scheme. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects, from pre-construction through to completion
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project deadlines.
- Coordinate Information flow to the site and sales teams
- Review and issue information from document systems to various parties
- Control building control and planning tracker
- Monitor and control all project information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track design programs.
- Collaborate with various departments (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Land/Planning, Finance, and Construction) to ensure seamless project integration.
- Produce and procure necessary technical drawings and documents.
- Manage the Document Control System to maintain accurate project records.
- Ensure all necessary legal agreements and warranties are in place.
- Provide technical support to the wider technical team
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or qualified via experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within residential development and RC frame construction.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in design and document control systems.
- Ability to liaise effectively with external consultants and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
