Position: Assistant Technical Coordinator

We are working with a leading residential developer known for delivering high-quality, homes. They are looking for an Assistant Technical Coordinator to join their team on a large RC frame residential scheme. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth delivery of our projects, from pre-construction through to completion

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee design deliverables and ensure alignment with project deadlines.
    • Coordinate Information flow to the site and sales teams
    • Review and issue information from document systems to various parties
    • Control building control and planning tracker
    • Monitor and control all project information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Track design programs.
    • Collaborate with various departments (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Land/Planning, Finance, and Construction) to ensure seamless project integration.
    • Produce and procure necessary technical drawings and documents.
    • Manage the Document Control System to maintain accurate project records.
    • Ensure all necessary legal agreements and warranties are in place.
    • Provide technical support to the wider technical team

Qualifications and Skills:

    • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or qualified via experience
    • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within residential development and RC frame construction.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficient in design and document control systems.
    • Ability to liaise effectively with external consultants and stakeholders.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
