Our client, based in Stratford, is currently recruiting for a Clerk of Works on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start in April on a full-time basis on notice. The salary is circa £55k-60K.
The ideal candidate will have fire & cladding remediation experience in high rise buildings and access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Attending site for fire remediation and cladding removal, taking part in client pre-commencement meetings and reviewing progress supplied by site manager
- Carrying out ITP and maintaining throughout duration of cladding works
- Attending dedicated QA weekly progress meetings with client, and providing detailed updates of QA progress
- Compiling reports with photographs and marked up detailing progress and issued to contractor/client design and commercial teams
Experience required:
- Cladding remediation in high rise buildings
- MICWCI or MCIOB
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Cladding remediation
- Report writing skills
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 5pm
