We are currently seeking an Engineering Project Supervisor (Permanent), with knowledge of working procedures on M&E commercial site projects. This is an office-based role that will include regular site visits.
Engineering Project Supervisor 45,000 - 50,0000 per annum
Role:
- Supervise sub-contractors and direct engineering staff.
- Ensure proper document control with accurate reporting and logs.
- Assist senior site Engineering Manager
- Control all documents involved with new and existing projects
- Deal with all Health & Safety,
- Supervise and coordinate a site staff when required
- Assist with Site inductions
- Assist with conducting toolbox talks
- Assist project manager with daily basis
- Deal with RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statement)
- Monitor and report project status regularly, keeping it on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor and manage time and attendance of all crews, conduct return to work interviews.
- Resolve conflicts or miscommunications that may happen on-site quickly and amicably.
- Always promote safe working conditions. Ensure compliance with all workplace practices and operating procedures specific to the task. Enforce safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including training on safety gear.
- Enforce Company policies, understand internal company policies and how they should be applied.
About you
The role would appeal to someone with a Mechanical/Electrical background looking to move away from their hands on site base role and take on more of a supervisory role.
