Your new companyA UK-based company specialises in drylining and ceiling solutions for the construction industry, offering a range of services including drylining, suspended ceilings, riser doors, plastering, specialist finishes, fibrous plaster, passive and structural fire protection, SFS (Steel Framing Systems), CP board (Cement Particle Board), and cleanroom technology. They work across multiple sectors, providing high-quality solutions for offices, hospitals, hotels, and flagship buildings, focusing on delivering professional and efficient services from consultation and design to installation.Your new roleAs an Estimator, you will be a key player in our pre-construction phase, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a range of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing project plans and specifications
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
