About the Role:

As a Sage 200 Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our valued customers. You will provide expert technical support via phone and email, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of Sage 200 add-ons, expanding your skillset and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to Sage 200 customers.

  • Resolve customer issues via phone and email.

  • Troubleshoot software problems and identify solutions.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Sage 200 features and updates.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Sage 200.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • A passion for customer service.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Sage 200 add-ons (Sicon, etc.).

  • Accounting qualifications (AAT or ACCA).
