Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Enterprise Architect with a background in Business Analysis and a deep understanding of both business and technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for integrating AI solutions into business operations, with a key focus on identifying and implementing high-value use cases. This role requires someone who can speak the language of business, focusing on real-world impacts while driving technological innovation. A background in banking or retail, along with experience in business consulting, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate/work with the Innovation Department to assess and implement AI use cases into business processes.
- Evaluate and differentiate between effective and ineffective AI applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Lead and guide the enterprise architecture design, with a strong emphasis on applications rather than infrastructure.
- Ensure all architectural initiatives are aligned with the organization's long-term strategy, particularly in areas of innovation and AI.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders to drive projects forward.
Qualifications:
- Proven Enterprise Architecture expertise, with relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent). Self-funded certifications or additional learning in enterprise architecture or technology are highly valued.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the industry, with a strong focus on business applications and innovation.
- A deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- An innovative mindset with a strong ability to navigate between business needs and technological possibilities.
- Business consulting experience, particularly within banking or retail sectors.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to align technology strategies with business goals.
