We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong ESM (Enterprise Service Management) experience for an inital 6 month contract.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience of delivering enterprise cloud solutions for large organisations, with a focus on delivering seamless customer journeys supported by efficient business processes.
- Experience with implementing Enterprise Service Management and/or IT Service Management platforms such as 4me/Xurrent, ServiceNow, BMC Helix/Remedy
- Experience IT Service Management practices and processes, including infrastructure monitoring and alerting, CMDB integration and 3rd party platform integration with services such as voice (telephony/chat) and reporting (MS PowerBI/Azure Data Lake)
- Able to advise on best practices for process, architecture, integration and technology co-existence.
- Background in Application Architecture with experience of modern integration strategies, techniques, and designing using a variety of protocols including REST.
- Experience with Amazon AWS / MS Azure platform and related integration services highly desirable.
- Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including technical teams, business users, and senior management.
- Has worked in an large agile-based delivery environment.
- Comfortable working on multiple deliverables simultaneously
