Key Responsibilities:

• Support Compliance: Assist in ensuring all projects comply with environmental legislation, consents, permits, and sustainability goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Environment, project teams, and stakeholders to promote sustainability across all stages of construction.
• Waste Management: Lead efforts in waste management, focusing on reduction, recycling, and responsible disposal.
• Data Management: Monitor, report, and maintain accurate records of environmental performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Audits & Inspections: Assist with site audits and inspections, ensuring compliance and fostering best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in an environmental or sustainability role, particularly within construction, would be beneficial.
• Proactive & Eager to Learn: Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, with a passion for improving environmental performance.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks, keeping accurate records, and staying on top of environmental compliance.
