The Role:
As a Midweight Creative, you will be working alongside talented strategists, designers, and motion experts to transform complex client products and services into clear, compelling, and impactful creative solutions. Your creativity will help elevate clients' brands, telling their stories in ways that resonate with audiences and drive change.
This is a role for a curious, strategic thinker who thrives on solving creative challenges. You'll work across various media, from effective branding experiences to immersive digital campaigns, and have the opportunity to lead the creative development from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep Client Understanding: Engage with clients to understand their complex industries and uncover key insights that inspire original creative solutions.
- Conceptual Ideation: Develop innovative creative concepts that push boundaries and set their clients apart.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Tackle technical or complex topics, turning them into human-centric, engaging narratives.
- Collaboration with Motion & Design: Work closely with the Motion Director and design team to create engaging motion-led storytelling.
- Creative Innovation: Use the latest technologies and platforms (AI, AR/VR, digital experiences) to create forward-thinking, immersive solutions.
- Campaign & Content Development: Lead the creation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring clear communication of complex messages to diverse audiences.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio with a strong portfolio of conceptual thinking, design excellence, and motion-led ideation.
- Experience working with Life Sciences, Finance, or Technology clients is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, impactful creative work.
- Strong experience in motion-led storytelling and collaborating with designers to bring concepts to life.
- Curiosity & strategic thinking to explore innovative technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to present and advocate for your ideas clearly.
