Job Title: Event Coordinator - Associate

Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week) (OWN Laptop)

Duration: 6 months+ extensions

Job Description

  • Proven experience in event planning/coordination (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketo and event management platforms is a plus.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and internal meetings.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and attendee communication for events.
  • Oversee event - in person or virtually - ensuring smooth running of all aspects, and highly coordinated.
  • Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
