Events Coordinator Location: London We are currently seeking an Events Coordinator to join our team and support our prestigious client, a global leader in the tech industry. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services while contributing to a dynamic, customer-focused environment.As an Events Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional event management, fostering relationships with clients and colleagues, and ensuring that every event, internal or external, is executed flawlessly. You will embody the client's values and deliver moments that matter through outstanding service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities* Provide a world-class experience to all clients and colleagues.* Maintain workplace etiquette and uphold exceptional standards across all areas, including reception, VIP lounges, and conference rooms.* Create memorable, personalized interactions that reflect care and professionalism.* Plan, manage, and execute internal and external events from start to finish.* Book and arrange event spaces, including furniture setup and coordination.* Liaise with IT, AV, Security, Catering, and Cleaning teams.* Communicate with event hosts to identify and deliver the best solutions.* Accommodate last-minute requests with a problem-solving mindset.* Manage calendars, group chats, and event-related documents and trackers.* Provide prompt assistance for client community requests.* Oversee ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.* Manage invoices and raise purchase orders as needed.* Gather data for reports and attend relevant meetings.* Support management with additional reasonable requests.

Qualifications and Skills:* Previous experience in a similar events-focused role, ideally within a corporate environment.* Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).* Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus.* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
