- Manage the registration process and keep accurate records
- Complete and maintain accurate records for in-person events
- Produce digital events
- Prepare meeting/event materials e.g. name badges
- Prepare and distribute event surveys and produce reports
- Create and distribute the member e-newsletter
- Maintain membership records and produce reports
- Assist CEO to schedule quarterly meetings and AGMs
- Support Finance Manager on an adhoc basis
- Respond to queries from the website
- Educated to degree level is desired
- Previous events experience is desired
- A team player who wants to help the team solve problems
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Be a skilled user of social media and marketing software e.g. mailchimp
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team and clients
- Flexible to attend events and conferences as required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
