Events/Team Assistant – HYBRID £28,000 - £35,000 DOECentral LondonI have a fantastic opportunity for an Events/Team Assistant to join a boutique Trade Association. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Events Assistant who is perhaps looking to take the next step in their career or seeking an opportunity to build on their experience. This role will be hybrid, working in the office 1-2 days a week, located in central London. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Manage the registration process and keep accurate records
  • Complete and maintain accurate records for in-person events
  • Produce digital events
  • Prepare meeting/event materials e.g. name badges
  • Prepare and distribute event surveys and produce reports
  • Create and distribute the member e-newsletter
  • Maintain membership records and produce reports
  • Assist CEO to schedule quarterly meetings and AGMs
  • Support Finance Manager on an adhoc basis
  • Respond to queries from the website
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Educated to degree level is desired
  • Previous events experience is desired
  • A team player who wants to help the team solve problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Be a skilled user of social media and marketing software e.g. mailchimp
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with the team and clients
  • Flexible to attend events and conferences as required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
