We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator & Channel Manager Support to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at planning and executing events while also providing vital administrative support to the Channel Manager.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-impact events across EMEA, managing event logistics, coordinating marketing collateral, and ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, they will assist in partner communications, sales material distribution, and tracking channel marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination:
  • Plan and execute company events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and internal meetings.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • Manage invitations, attendee registrations, follow-up communications, and post-event deliverables.
  • Develop event schedules, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral and promotional materials for events.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align event goals with broader company objectives.
  • Monitor event budgets and provide regular updates on expenditures.
  • Ensure the smooth running of all in-person and virtual events.
Channel Manager Administrative Support:
  • Provide daily administrative assistance to the Channel Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and partner communications.
  • Support the management and tracking of channel marketing programs, promotions, and partner incentives.
  • Organize and distribute channel sales materials and resources.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and help prepare performance reviews and updates.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Marketo and other event management platforms is a plus.
