Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic events professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences?  Meraki Talent are working with a UK wide Asset Management firm who are looking to appoint an Events Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team, supporting private client events and working closely with the Senior Events Manager to create a best-in-class sponsorship and events programme. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and managing the annual Sponsorship and Events calendar, bringing fresh ideas and insights.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and liaise with internal teams and suppliers to deliver seamless events.
  • Support at events, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Monitor event feedback, track ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance for all sponsorship and events.
 What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience in corporate events, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Understanding of the needs and expectations of high net worth clients.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A creative flair with high attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
  • A calm and confident approach under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
