Events Administrator - £ 16.21ph plus hol pay - Central LondonStart ASAP for two months initiallyMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe post-holder will work to support the Events Team to deliver event support and advice.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaising with key stakeholders including colleagues, external suppliers and graduates and answering any queries in department mailboxes.
  • Upload clear and concise content to the school's website and various comms channels.
  • Process and manage large databases and content for activities and events.
  • Using templates produce materials including email invitations, briefings and brochures ensuring they meet branding guidelines.
  • Any other duties that may be appropriately delegated by the Executive Assistant & Business.
  • Support Manager or the Events Manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Proven event management skills.
  • Experience of supporting a graduation ceremony.
  • Experience within a customer facing an office environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of editing and web content management software, virtual zoom event platforms, databases and email communications management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate and prioritise workload.
  • High level of personal motivation and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
