This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Coordinator / Officer to join a professional membership body to help deliver a portfolio of smaller events. About Us:
Our team of eight experts delivers up to 30 events a year, from impactful webinars to international conferences. We work closely with branch committees, members, sponsors, and suppliers globally to create engaging events.
Your Role:
You’ll support an annual webinar programme and coordinate in-person events, managing all event logistics, from planning to execution.
- Develop event plans and timelines
- Manage registration and virtual platforms (CVENT, Zoom)
- Source suppliers and manage budgets
- Build strong relationships with sponsors and partners
- Measure event performance and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven event coordination experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with event platforms (CVENT, Zoom)
- Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder relationships
- A passion for delivering high-quality events
