Senior Event Co-ordinator - Luxury Brand, London

We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Events Coordinator to join a busy and successful Marketing team within a well know Luxury brand in Mayfair. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal, external and store events and support on a large external event. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with the planning, executing and attending a large corporate event
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their event needs and objectives.
  • Research and recommend venues, vendors, and entertainment options
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
  • Develop and maintain event time lines and schedules.
  • Communicate event details and logistics to attendees and stakeholders.
  • Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and other metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in marketing and Events.
  • A positive can-do attitude towards working within a team with the ability to motivate others
  • Organised with high level of attention to detail
  • Good customer and communications skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Luxury retail experience a major plus.
