LONDON / HYBRID!!! Fantastic opportunity for an event delivery focused Account Executive / Manager to join a growing brand experience agency!

THE COMPANY

Going from strength to strength, this creative event production agency has become known for producing and delivering high quality events including conferences, parties, expos, exhibitions, award ceremonies and product launches throughout the UK and overseas. 

With this they have established a fantastic client base of global brands within the media, publishing and financial sectors, they work globally as a collection of inventors, designers, thinkers, and doers, all unified with the love of putting on a show and delivering a professional and memorable 'experience'.

They are now on the lookout for a talented and highly organised Event Account Executive to join their expanding team. 

THE ROLE 

Due to continued business wins and the growth of virtual and broadcast events there is now an opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join their close-knit team.  A broad role, responsibilities include: 

-    Working closely with the Account Directors and Account Managers from initial brief through to delivery and postproduction  

-    Assisting on client briefs and proposals, including costings  

-    Working with internal teams including Creatives, Designers, Producers and Production Managers 

-    Working across multiple events / projects at any one time

-    Delivering events within a fast paced environment, tight deadlines and quick turnarounds

-    Liaising with external suppliers

-    Supporting with the technical delivery of virtual events and management of live events  

-    Carrying out ad-hoc and administrative duties

-    Supporting with the facilitation of virtual events / onsite event management 

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should ideally have experience of working within an event or production agency and have a proven background working across a range of events.  

Most importantly, it is crucial that you have the drive and motivation to work within a first-class events agency who can give you the opportunity to grow and develop!
