Business Development Manager - Events & Partnerships

London - Hybrid Working; 2 days in the office

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic commercial team, selling sponsorship packages across a diverse conferences and events portfolio while recruiting and managing key partners. If you thrive on consultative sales, enjoy working with senior stakeholders, and love seeing the impact of your work at live events, this could be the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sponsorship & Partnerships - Drive partner recruitment, sell tailored sponsorship packages, and create strategic commercial solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management - Build long-term relationships, take a consultative approach, and professionally represent the brand at events.
  • Event & Marketing Collaboration - Work closely with event and marketing teams to ensure seamless sponsor activations and promotions.
  • Financial & Performance Goals - Achieve sales targets, maintain profitability, and provide regular performance insights.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in B2B conference and event sponsorship sales.
  • Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Ability to strategically plan and prioritise partner engagement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong CRM experience, excellent presentation skills, and a flair for consultative selling.
  • A collaborative, professional, and proactive mindset—passionate about delivering top-tier service.
