HYBRID WORKING / UNCAPPED COMMISSION - Our client is a leading events production and AV hire company that delivers exciting events such as large-scale conferences, product launches and awards shows all across the UK and Europe for a diverse nationally recognised clientele.

THE COMPANY

With some of the highest spec equipment in the business this events production and AV hire company has everything needed in house, including high-powered projection, camera racks, the latest LED walls, high-end sound equipment and a massive lighting inventory.

This dynamic and creative company provides audio/visual/presentation technologies and services to many of the UK's largest corporations, and they are looking for a number of new people to join their growing team who are dedicated to providing an exceptional service to their broad clientele.

With the emphasis on end-to-end delivery and excellent customer service they have grown the business to now be one of the most highly respected names in the business!

THE ROLE

They are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and continue moving the company forward by identifying new business opportunities and bringing new clients on board.

Responsibilities include:

-         Working closely with management to ensure sales strategies are in line with the marketing of the business

-         Identifying new business opportunities and key decision makers

-         Actively developing business from new clients

-         Generating new leads

-         Working with internal teams and the wider business

-         Taking briefs and pitching for new business

-         Building and developing relationships

-         Keeping up to date with industry trends and reporting back on these

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of working with events agencies / end clients and will have a proven background of sales and new business wins. Candidates need the natural ability to build relationships and identify areas to cross sell. Given the nature of the company, a technical understanding would be essential.
