Are you a seasoned F&B professional with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead a high-end catering operations in one of Qatars most prestigious 5-star venues.

• Operations & Staff Management Lead catering teams, oversee training, and ensure seamless kitchen-service coordination.

• F&B Quality Control Maintain the highest food safety and presentation standards in collaboration with top-tier chefs.

• Budgeting & Cost Management Control costs, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize revenue.

• Client Relations & Sales Develop relationships with corporate clients and event planners to drive business growth.

• Compliance & Safety Ensure all catering operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Proven experience in a high-end catering or F&B management role

• Expertise in luxury hospitality, fine dining, and event execution

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and service excellence

• Experience handling VIP events, corporate clientele, and high-profile guests

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
