Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this fast- growing B2B media company who lead the market as a digitally led, multimedia information provider for senior business professionals.

This B2B Events business is looking for a further Delegate Acquisition Executive to join the team. The events you will work on will be varied for example Awards, Dinners, Breakfast meetings, Round Tables, Flagship Conferences and Workshops, The successful candidate will gain a broad ranging experience of selling different types of free events to key decision makers in the industry.

The role and responsibilities of this Client Acquisition Executive - B2B Events role -

  • Use strong communication skills to make outbound calls with senior business professionals.
  • Use LinkedIn and other databases to generate new business prospects and potential event customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of connections to meet the team's fulfilment targets for the event.
  • Capture customer information correctly using the company's Salesforce CRM system.
  • Develop lasting relationships with leaders from the industry for repeat business for further events
  • Attending the events and gathering feedback from the delegates

To be successful in this Client Acquisition Executive - Events position -

  • Previous sales, telesales, events, delegate acquisition experience would be beneficial
  • The ability and willingness to learn, to be trained and to communicate authoritatively and get "buy-in" from senior decision making delegates
  • Excellent communicator phone, face to face and via e-mail
  • Enthusiasm to grow and understand one or more industries
  • Possess plenty of drive, self-motivation, and determination to succeed.
  • Good as both a team player and an independent operator.
  • Graduate or graduate calibre
  • Happy to work towards KPI's and sales targets
