Job Title: Conference Producer - Event Production (Dutch/Flemish Speaking)

Pay Rate: €150-€200 per day
Start Date: January 2024
Contract Duration: 8-10 weeks, full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
Main Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Lead the organization of a single-stream, R&D-focused event in Amsterdam for an audience of insurance and investment professionals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with insurance groups and investment teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication.
- Production Management: Oversee and manage production resources, ensuring that all logistical elements are aligned for a successful event.
- Language Facilitation: Act as a Dutch/Flemish-speaking liaison during discussions and presentations to enhance engagement and understanding for local attendees.
- Participation in Presentations: Assist in guiding project discussions, taking part in presentations, and helping to communicate key insights.
Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in conference production, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector, and be fluent in Dutch or Flemish.
