This role focuses on the EMEA Digital Infrastructure Market, with opportunities to work on a network of events in Milan, Warsaw, Paris, Zurich, Stockholm, and Riyadh.

About the Role

The Content and Speakers Liaison Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the content strategy for events, ensuring industry relevance, and working closely with sponsors and speakers to create high-value discussions. The role involves conducting research on market trends, developing promotional content, and ensuring smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging topics, and key challenges
  • Support sponsors in identifying topics that align with key industry trends
  • Assist sponsors in securing high-profile speakers to ensure alignment with audience interests
  • Develop content for LinkedIn and email marketing, including session descriptions
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maximize event attendance
  • Oversee the on-site delivery of live events, resolving any issues for a seamless experience
  • Coordinate with event staff to manage logistics and ensure high-quality production, including audio/visual elements
  • Gather feedback from attendees and speakers to assess conference success
  • Create post-event reports and analyses to measure impact and guide future planning

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate them into relevant conference topics
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ideally with experience in speaker management and agenda development
