What You’ll Do:
?? Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
?? Ensure outstanding customer service and engagement
?? Drive financial performance and manage KPIs
?? Oversee events, parties, and park activities to create WOW moments
?? Maintain safety, compliance, and industry-leading standards
What We’re Looking For:
? 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, or events
? Strong workforce management and financial acumen
? Experience leading large teams and coaching staff
? Knowledge of H&S compliance and industry standards
? Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office skills
? First Aid, IOSH, or alcohol license (desirable)
