My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Tradeshow Exhibition Event Manager to lead sales efforts within a very successful b2b show. Your primary focus will be drive the revenue across new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a commercial leader, exceeding revenue targets through exhibition sales and sponsorship sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and forecasts.
  • Secure business via multiple channels, including cold calling, social media, email, face-to-face meetings, and networking events.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by analysing gaps within the existing customer base.
  • Leverage sector knowledge and upselling techniques to offer additional solutions to current clients.
  • Ensure monthly sales KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a sales plan focused on commercial growth, aligned with the overall event strategy.
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting by managing the exhibition sales pipeline effectively.
  • Organise and manage workloads via the company CRM for precise reporting and forecasting.
  • Present complex sales documents and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in floor plan management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns designed to generate sales leads and improve results.

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

This full-time Tradeshow Exhibition Event Manager role requires at least three days in the office weekly, with core hours of 9 AM to 5 PM and some flexibility as needed. The role includes domestic travel for client meetings and industry events, plus occasional international travel.
